Our Refund Policy
Mud Pie Creations offers a fully-functional 7-day trial version so that you can be confident about the features and capabilities of our software products. We also are available to answer all of your questions before you make your purchase and will make every effort to help you resolve any support issues you may have after your purchase.
We hope you will be delighted with our software. However, if you are not satisfied, we will issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase minus the 9% Payment Processing Fees that we must pay for each sale regardless if it is refunded.

Please note that if you've purchased our software on a Windows tablet, you must return it undamaged and in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed once we have received the Windows tablet and verified that it is in excellent condition. You may instead choose to receive a refund for only the software and keep the tablet.
Once a refund has been issued, it should be applied to your debit / credit card within 2 - 3 business days. Also, your license key will no longer be active so you will not be able to launch the app after the refund has been processed.
